Our founding and managing principal is Kendrik de Koning. Kendrik worked for several years in both taxable and non-taxable fixed income with LaSalle National Bank/ABN Amro Bank in Chicago, and ABN Amro Securities USA in New York, and later with RBC Dain Rauscher in New York. During his career he has worked with a wide range of financial institutions including community banks, insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds, and has served clients throughout the United States and in Europe. Kendrik has executed several mergers & acquisitions transactions in both the banking and energy sector.
Kendrik de Koning is a graduate of Indiana University (B.A., 1989), and The John Marshall Law School, Chicago (J.D., 1993). He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, 65 and 79 licenses, and is a member of the Illinois Bar Association.
